Chris,
I just visited your web site, very informative. Looking at the pictures I realized that you should consider advertising that your cattle are raised on a grass based feeding program. A grass based feeding program means that your cattle do not need a grain ration to survive. Grass fed cattle have fewer digestive upsets, lower cost of maintenance (i.e. feed cost), fewer vet. bills, easy transition to a new farm - with grazing, hence they should be called "easy keepers". A grass fed animal is basically self sufficient, provided there is water, grazing or hay available. A grain fed animal must be fed on a consistent basis or run the risk of acidosis, bloat, and off feed problems. A grass fed animal requires very little expertise in feeding and care. Just a few of my thoughts.
